最怕食完燒烤串燒成身一陣味, 好姊妹經朋友介紹話中環有間隱世串燒小店, 採用備長炭即燒, 再加上有玻璃間隔隔住串燒區, 所以坐咗好一陣子, 食完全身無一點氣味。餐廳開於小巷間, 如非特意尋找, 亦不太覺這間小店, 亦不可睇小這家小店, 平日晚店內真係full book! 餐廳座位全吧檯設計, 面積不大, 以黑色做主調, 更顯高質氣派。Menu上有各款串燒、少量小食同主食供應。所有串燒份量精緻, 可以食多幾款。一次過落了好幾款串燒order, 然後師傅併排好比我地先影相打卡, 再送入串燒區經日籍師傅煮理。串燒很快上檯。雞軟骨 $38: 表面稍燒至焦香, 掃上薄薄鹹甜汁醬, 爽脆惹味。煙肉蘆筍卷 $50: 鹹香煙肉卷住清新爽甜多汁嘅蘆筍莖, 平均了煙肉嘅膩。鵪鶉蛋 $38: 燒至暖暖的, 掃上了微鹹醬汁, 口感唔會太乾太硬。二節雞翼 $55: 二節原來指雞中翼跟翼尖相連, 外皮焦香微脆, 有薄薄一層甜醬汁, 肉質嫩滑多汁。大黑本菇 $35: 整個本菇入口一咬超好清甜水份, 配上被調至酸尾尾嘅蘿蔔蓉, 口感味道同樣有驚喜。牛油粟米 $35: 半邊粟米燒至微焦, 清甜多汁, 細味表面有淡淡牛油

鰻魚飯 $238:  (跟味噌湯、小食)
如果想食呢度嘅鰻魚, 鰻魚飯相對比串燒更抵食。多件鰻魚燒得香口, 啖啖都食到鰻魚嘅魚甜, 皮原本香脆, 但索咗鰻魚汁, 隱約仲食到兩成嘅脆, 飯份量較少, 淋上了鰻魚汁, 好味推介!
