今次點了兩款飯:808有吞拿魚、三文魚籽、枝豆、沙律菜、香菇,加上山葵乳酪醬和木魚絲,味道好有層次感。另一款KORNER則用慢煮雞胸配三色藜麥、牛油果和炸牛蒡,口感豐富又健康,蛋白質滿滿,適合運動後補充營養~
另外還有點小食:梅凍番茄,冰涼酸甜超解膩;秋葵豆腐搭配柴魚和和風醬油,滑溜又開胃。冷壓蘋果汁味道天然無添加,清新解渴👍
整體而言無論擺盤、味道還是食材都很有誠意,是想吃得健康又不失味道的好選擇~

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
