To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天4人來個business lunch,要速戰速決,叫咗:1)紅燒牛肉麵X 2-看樣子d牛肉好似好入味同腍咁-好似不錯,實際就唔知喇2)香酥排骨麵X 2-排骨另外分開上,炸得乾身,咬下去,皮唔會1"舊"粉,小挺,很貼身,好像皮肉合1咁,肉亦很鬆化,做得不錯-不過沒有任何醬跟,唯有把排骨放入湯內(因個人不太喜歡食脆口同無醬汁嘅嘢)-麵有質感,絶不腍-有1個是外賣3)香酥雞扒飯-香酥做法如排骨1樣,不過變咗是雞扒-幾大碟,味道唔知好唔好,因唔方便問,但就見到友人食晒全碟4)肉鬆皮蛋豆腐-加咗個小食-d豆腐好白滑,有小小肉鬆,淋咗蠔油,皮蛋不是溏心,但幸好無嘜"劫"味-叫完主菜後,提議加飲問只是$10,好抵。雖然我哋無加到,但都欣賞waitress的熱誠-order完後,因趕時間,要求快d,都算快上紅燒牛肉麵(不過唔多清楚平時的上菜速度)-服務好,當叫外賣時很細心問清楚是否要湯和麵分開"莊",見我無嘜idea,就提出如唔分開的話,就怕沉住個麵,又再問用膠袋或是發泡膠"兜""莊"住個湯,解釋清楚如要發泡膠"兜"就+$1-幸好早來1步,食物上枱後,人潮就來了
