今日約咗朋友喺三門仔碼頭出海釣魚,經過路口見到有間皇朝明珠酒家,,回程上岸就去試下,入到去環境及氣氛相當好,点了侍應推介的燒乳豬,燒乳鴿,主廚推介的法式紅酒炆牛尾,蝦乾銀魚鮮魷浸勝瓜,蝦仁櫻花蝦蝦醬炒飯,鮑參翅肚羹及燉湯。乳豬是即燒的,炆問侍應為什麼乳豬的皮那麼脆,原來要加熱石來燒,所以那麼脆,推介。紅酒炆牛尾也是一絕,連汁都飲埋。浸勝瓜清甜可口,櫻花蝦炒飯炒到粒粒分明乾身可口,要畀個讚,甜品係桂花紅豆糕及椰汁紫米露,甜度適中好味,食完黃昏日落景色仲靚打卡一流,會再來的。
