Odelice!假日最喜歡出去食Brunch~依到brunch set多選擇之餘，又抵食😋同屋企人一人叫一個share食又得✌🏻Crab cake benedict ($135)Benedict有四款，經常食到既Parma Ham/ avocado/ smoked salmon 都有，亦有啲少見既款😋依款係以炸蟹肉餅代替英式鬆餅，配上63度溫泉蛋～蟹肉餅入面一絲絲嘅蟹肉好鮮甜，加上63度煮成流心既蛋黃，好滿足❤️Scallop and mushroom Galette ($135)除左risotto之外，主打菜就係Galette，brunch set 有四款選擇，依款入面有香煎帶子配白酒忌廉煮磨菇，帶子入口鮮甜，菇菇煮得入味，Galette 煎得香口，夾埋一齊食吾會覺得好乾😋不過如果有埋芝士就更perfect🤨Tuna Carpaccio ($88)除左main brunch set外，仲有得extra side dishes ,例如avocado toast / Nutella crepe 等等～我地揀左依款比較少食既煎封芝麻呑拿魚，四邊煎過既呑拿魚邊十分香口，魚油滿溢，配上柑橘汁，酸
