To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇黎過樂富商場呢邊,經過見到下午茶餐牌有炸脾薯條,就係咁吸引咗我入去試下。🍴即炸脆雞脾 配脆脆薯條炸脾薯條一向係下午茶既首選,所以我今日都唔例外😋炸脾係即叫即炸,所以上到枱仲係好熱,食既時候要小心啲。雞脾炸得好香脆,但又唔會太乾,切落去啲肉汁流出黎,都幾juicy。而薯條就冇乜特別。

炸脾係即叫即炸,所以上到枱仲係好熱,食既時候要小心啲。
雞脾炸得好香脆,但又唔會太乾,切落去啲肉汁流出黎,都幾juicy。而薯條就冇乜特別。
