To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 期待己久,終於可以到此得奬名店一嗜。自從今年奪冠亞洲五十大餐廳,真的好難book枱,有幸朋友訂到枱,吃了午市套餐,選了四道菜,好抵食,加了五百多元加了招牌雞油花彫蒸花蟹配陳村粉,真的好好味,加了雞油花彫的蟹肉鮮甜嫩滑,美味非常,蟹汁配上陳村粉實為一絕👍🏻👍🏻最後的特色甜品杞子桂花雪糕為這一餐劃上完美句號。
