👩🏻‍🍳 曜🧑🏻‍🍳👣值得科勞指數:🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻我好鍾意食omakase,因為食左咁多年,有陣時都會唔想諗,又想食餐廳最好嘅,咁omakase就最好啦~今次呢間「曜」有驚喜,佢以日本高級食材做私房料理,睇餐飯裝修就知行型格路線,好重現代感,風格有別於傳統日式野食。🍽️「客人發板」師傅話下次黎可以提前預訂話比師傅知道想食咩唔想食咩,設計一個自己鐘意嘅menu,都系每位$1000起,值吖!🍽️來自兵庫縣姫路A5+和牛不得了,呢度嘅和牛BMS達至12,即係最頂級,完美嘅油花比例,喺香港少見。坊間和牛剩係入口即溶,完全冇牛味,好易食到膩,但呢隻和牛除左好香肉味,仲唔會覺得膩!師傅講話因為農場唔會好似其他農場咁夾硬用飼料谷肥啲牛,而係放養足18個月,所以先可以做到有肉味而且入口即溶得黎唔膩!超正!❤️ 題外話:師傅話老闆好鍾意飲酒,所有酒杯都係喺日本各地逐對逐對買返黎,好特別,每逢星期一至三老闆仲會請大家免費飲sake,飲到夠為止添😳😳😳📍地點:銅鑼灣登龍街永光中心 #hk #hkfoodie #yummy #omakase #銅鑼灣必食 #曜 #銅鑼灣探店 #廚房發板 #客人發板
