To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日又去咗上環大班樓食飯,佢哋而家就好出名呀,成為亞洲第一嘅餐廳,所以就好難book位,晚餐都要6:00先有位。今日得兩個人,所以都係叫咗佢哋嘅二人餐 ,雖然食過,但係都想食多一次。前菜韭菜蟹肉盒,酥脆盒裏面材料處理得非常細緻,食得出刀工,味道調校配合好好。芋泥煙鴨盒,煙熏味啱啱好,芋泥夠香又夠滑,外皮的蜂巢非常鬆軟。雞油花雕蒸大蟹,雞油非常香,花雕夠濃,陳村粉吸收晒所有鮮味,完全冇得頂,花蟹又夠新鮮,肉十分甜。話梅肉桂糖醋排骨,個人覺得話梅味可以再濃少少,肉桂加脆脆配搭十分新鮮,一字排整件上枱,所以外皮有點過熟及乾。之後嘅三蝦炒飯,飯都幾好乾身又香口。最後上啲杞子雪糕,奶味太重,雪糕如果本身有杞子泥混合可能好一點。杏仁茶夠香夠滑,上堂非常夠熱。大班樓水準始終控制得好好,味道多年不變,食得出有心思的中菜館。
