之前時常聽朋友說這間菜館,很用心烹調及鑽研精緻特別菜式,昨晚終於約埋朋友一試,順便慶祝生日,點了多款小菜,每碟都很美味,特別要推介係乳鴿,香脆的外皮,充滿肉汁和乳鴿香味的嫩肉,令人回味無窮,另外要推介一味(苦盡甘來)鹹蛋黃炸苦瓜,入口香脆有點鹹蛋味,啖落又有苦瓜的甘甜,簡直一絕,另外不得不提嘅係胡椒咸菜豬肚湯,胡椒味和咸酸菜配搭得剛剛好,真係食過返尋味,我一定好快會再幫襯,因為而家寫緊食評要回憶返啲美味食物,立刻已好想再食了,哈哈
