To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 裝潢高雅,服務周到,估不到價錢沒有想像中貴。上海菜是我的至愛,約了同學們新春前團拜,早來的團年飯。小籠包必選,湯汁滿溢,皮薄餡靚,即叫即製小心熨嘴喔!雞汁蘿蔔不要以為普通菜式,賣相非一般,蘿蔔清甜多汁,滲入了雞湯的鮮味。蜜汁脆鱔皇夠鬆脆,蜜汁不會太甜膩,恰到好處,佐酒小食。砂鍋雲吞雞要了半份己足夠五六人份量,湯底鮮甜美味,雲吞餡料飽滿,煲過的雞肉仍然嫰滑,好好飲。甜品高力豆沙採用了芋茸,混入香蕉,比起平常吃到的紅豆茸少了一份又甜又膩感覺,超正。
