星期日同班老友睇完馬拉松,經過銅鑼灣見到有間新開的越南餐廳 就走去試吓。上到去見佢啲裝修唔錯有個人格調座位又闊落, 我哋幾個朋友各自點咗 幾道菜,我印象最深刻就係個乳鴿真係好好食唔知點樣形容真係要自己試過 先至知。燒乳豬 都係值得推介, 乳豬皮肥瘦適中, 食到最後整返一兩舊之後再食都仲係脆口,問佢哋嘅老細話用特別燒烤嘅方法去做 所以放半個鐘頭以上都唔會影響肉質。 再試埋越南火車頭河粉再加金邊粉我個人就覺得火車頭金邊粉 好煙銀好有咬口,老細話嗰啲金邊粉係由越南直送過嚟嘅,所以係正宗越南金邊粉! 總括嚟講值得推介比其他朋友
