天氣太凍了,又想打邊爐,但係老公已經食厭左我整嘅清湯底😆😆,上網睇到有人話九龍城厚福館喺黃埔開咗分店,咁試一試啦。因為限聚令,要外賣自取,淨係同老公揀湯底都搞咗好耐,確實好多種湯底都好吸引,好難揀呀!最後揀咗金山翅煲雞湯,加響鈴,凍豆腐...厚褔餃拼盤同埋黑松露煎餃。午餐肉嗰啲自己去超級市場買可能我自己好鍾意黑松露嗰浸「汽油味」,佢個黑松露煎餃配埋佢嘅黑松露台撈沙律醬,好好味喎。最重要係佢唔係用坊間嗰啲黑松露蛋黃醬,而係真係自製黑松露醬加沙律醬,好有誠意,呢個真係有驚喜😍,如果堂食一定仲好食啫。另外值得一提嘅係佢個湯底,雞湯當然有雞味㗎啦,但係佢嘅湯底係真係足料,啲翅撈極都仲有,食到尾聲都仲撈到🤣🤣。佢啲炸響鈴同埋凍豆腐都好好食,不過我最鍾意都係佢嘅黑松露煎餃同個湯底😍😍

可能我自己好鍾意黑松露嗰浸「汽油味」,佢個黑松露煎餃配埋佢嘅黑松露台撈沙律醬,好好味喎。最重要係佢唔係用坊間嗰啲黑松露蛋黃醬,而係真係自製黑松露醬加沙律醬,好有誠意,呢個真係有驚喜😍,如果堂食一定仲好食啫。

另外值得一提嘅係佢個湯底,雞湯當然有雞味㗎啦,但係佢嘅湯底係真係足料,啲翅撈極都仲有,食到尾聲都仲撈到🤣🤣。


佢啲炸響鈴同埋凍豆腐都好好食,不過我最鍾意都係佢嘅黑松露煎餃同個湯底😍😍
