To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 繼續支持本地經濟~上次去旺角一家網上評價極高,標榜平民價的和牛燒肉,我覺得只是一塊口感不錯的肉,這家有幾款可以令我回想日本旅行的美味~午時有定食套餐,追加和很多單點美食。因為不知道那個部位好吃,所以點了L1和L3套餐,類似廚師發板,另外追加和牛芯芯及和牛貝身。定食有湯,沙律,泡菜和白飯,套餐肉後有兩片大蔥和杏包菇,也是一重點啊L1套餐($248)包括小三角~職員說單點沒有的肉味濃而帶油份較有咬口和牛鞍下~薄身牛味香帶油份和肉肋肉L3套餐($198)包括和牛肋肉~有肉味較有咬口,部分位置帶筋臀肉蓋~薄身,帶油份和肉味香追加的和牛芯芯($98)較薄身,牛味香追加的和牛貝身($88)肉味濃口感鬆軟而帶油份,大推另外點了外面少見的柳橙梳打($22),如果可以大杯一點點,如果牛舌又沒有售罄就完美啦
