記得一年多前去過澳門來私人來食果一間好好食嘅中菜,明知已經唔記得,想搵亦都搵唔返,直到我今次嚟到呢一度,令我回憶返佢就係叫做唐宮1號!好高興呢一間餐廳嚟到香港,依稀記得嗰陣時響澳門食左幾個點心,外型標緻得體,食材亦都好新鮮,令人印象深刻,我仲響度問同行嘅朋友呀點解呢邊呢點心咁好食嘅?而且價錢仲要唔貴,然後同行朋友就同我講,梗係啦呢度係賭場酒店很有標準,所有食材都會用最靚嘅!今次係一位前輩嘅宴客飯,係充滿期望嘅情況之下享受呢一餐精品晚餐,最後呢個期望完全沒有落空,反而比相像更精彩!先來嘅係一個沙律,用上現在最潮流食嘅冰菜,冰菜配上胡麻汁,簡單味美又健康,第一次食冰菜,原來真的好爽脆,這個前菜健康又新潮,比起其他炸物更吸引!新張期間,每位奉送半隻紅繞乳鴿,唔好以為送嘅就求其喎想到枱熱辣辣,斬開左一半嘅乳鴿見得到佢有鮮肉汁流出來,肉厚卻不失嫩滑,外皮香脆,有落去嘅時候肉汁十分之多,食到唔停得口!仲要佢哋好細心咁樣會為我哋預備手套,等大家食得更開懷,驚你同我地講話原來佢哋嘅集團自己陽甲嘅所以呢確保每一隻鴿,年齡都係有標準!好值得推薦!如果唔夠喉呢,再叫只需要加多3x 蚊,抵呀!之後就到左燉湯,

清潤滋補,用上蟲草花同原隻靚雞配上足料響螺頭,湯油份不多,十分健康,香味四溢,湯汁充滿精華,誠意之作,如我家媽媽親手燉的靚湯,湯渣也好吃!

應該係佢嘅名菜之一,先講賣相已經好吸引,中菜西食,擺位精緻,帶點香辣的大蝦配上松子仁和菜芯,配搭得宜,味道有點香辣但不搶口。

先講上枱嘅時候十分精緻,用上雅致嘅白色瓷熱鍋上枱,精緻得很,窩來擺放着一件很肥美嘅海斑件,浸住海斑件的是清甜鮮味嘅上湯,配上白菜和去皮小番茄,顏色點綴得很好,鍋下有小火爐把菜色熱住,保持新鮮和温度,海斑件厚肉鮮甜,配上上湯,質感彈牙很有口感,超好吃!

潤腸臘腸和臘肉,分量多很鋪滿整個飯蓋,臘肉臘腸同臘腸都好好味,而最吸引的都唔係上邊嘅臘味,而且窩底的飯焦,大概很久沒有食到咁大舊又好吃的飯焦!吃完臘味飯後感覺更加暖!
還要同大家推薦一個好正嘅甜品就係椰皇燉葛仙米

問過經理葛仙米係海藻的一種,有滋補的功效,配上向來已知燉完就是寶的椰皇,嘩,很吸引啊!暖暖的椰皇,清香無比,第一次食葛仙米,質感獨特,有點像台式爆珠,兩者味道很夾,用料足本,很想多來一個
先講裝潢,這裡完全係上質之選,食物精緻,用料上盛,環境也不會太嘈,完全是走精品中菜路線,但價格卻是意想不到的實惠啊!比起我上次在澳門吃質素都保持,但價格是大實惠啊!我知道我自己很快會把這裡看成我的至愛飯堂之一啊
