To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次專程試左個紅燒牛肉干拌麵同香酥排骨干拌麵,還有過橋餃子干拌麵的味道相當不錯,啲肉燥與麵撈在一起食真係好美味唔怪得有個option可以加多個麵底香酥排骨分開上,用上唔少蔬菜做底最岩我呢啲又想食肉,又想食菜的人排骨又唔會炸到鬆散哂,鬆軟程度剛剛好紅燒牛肉一咬落去就愛上左佢嘅味道,鬆軟好食過橋餃子就比較一般,同普通餐廳差不多P.S. 去到入座的時間剛剛好下午2點半開始tea time優惠,可以免費飲一杯熱飲真係唔錯! 我自已叫左個薑母奶茶,薑味十足,正呀!
