To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🍽香茅豬肉檬粉(💰: $45,跟餐凍飲加$6)外觀: 甫上枱,已嗅到香茅的香氣🤩碗面舖上滿滿的香茅豬肉,幾乎看不到底下的檬粉,加上一小撮香草作裝飾,外觀已令人食慾大增👍🏽👍🏽份量: 份量頗多,豬肉亦不吝嗇,女士當一份正餐剛剛好 (胃口小的女士應該食唔哂😂)味道:湯底味道濃,豬肉的香茅味亦滲進湯底,加上一些生洋葱,增添香氣豬肉並非切片或是切粒,反而是不太規則的切法; 豬肉唔韌,調味亦足夠檬粉並非平常在越式餐廳見到透明的檬粉,這裏的是白身的,看上去似米粉,但咬下去又似檬粉,但比檬粉煙韌少少; 我自己較喜歡這種質感,掛湯能力亦足夠小總結: (8/10)餐廳是一間小店,環境無可否認會比較狹窄,但是保持乾淨衛生👍🏽👍🏽食物選擇雖然不多,但是質素不錯它是一間我會回頭的小店😊

豬肉並非切片或是切粒,反而是不太規則的切法; 豬肉唔韌,調味亦足夠
