上環一帶原來都幾多越式小店,今日就去左哩間越蘆越南牛肉粉試下。每次食越南餐廳必定會食哩個生牛粉,鍾意佢生牛新鮮炙熟,牛肉唔會因為煮得過耐而破壞肉質。不過一碗好食既麵精髓一定在於湯底同麵底。哩到既湯底我非常喜歡💕,好清新唔濃味,唔會蓋過牛肉鮮味。麵軟硬度適中,食落好爽口。哩個湯底用雞湯烹煮,味道與生牛肉粉截然不同。香茅豬扒煎到黃金色,豬扒好厚身,但一啲都唔鞋口,肉質淋而且多汁。豬扒味道甜甜地又有少少香草調味,整體味道唔錯。哩個冷盤小食賣相相當吸引,蝦片上面有檬粉、青瓜絲,紅蘿蔔絲同牛肉。食落同樣清新,不過食既時候要小心啲,因為好易散開。哩到仲有好多小菜小食,同埋有火鍋架,下次多啲人黎可以試下。題外話哩到既牙籤好好用😆。
