中午係旺角食完辣,就想食碗糖水中和下。旺角首選當然是仁芝初,包無失望。今日去到還有驚喜,店主請每位客人食啫哩糖,童年回憶返曬嚟。最愛這兒的糊類,叫了兩種。先叫左個招牌芝麻糊,又滑又香,又唔會太甜。十元加3粒芝麻湯圓,雙重芝麻享受。最欣賞是用較大的碗來盛不致因為有了湯圓而減少了芝麻糊的份量。 再來是合桃糊,合桃新鮮磨得香噴噴,而且非常幼滑,甜度也適中。太太叫了薑汁燉蛋,加了薑汁的燉蛋依然嫩滑,而且滋潤暖胃。
