雖然下個月又飛😆但香港Omakase 🏮我都會繼續支持香港日本餐廳今晚我又約了好姊妹去銅鑼灣食餐好。我地選了25品Omakase $1,580位食Omakase必定飲Sake🍶OHMINE 2 GRAIN 720 ml $1,380我喜歡偏甜所以選了支2粒米入口散發的吟釀香氣,米味香醇,無論是配搭壽司、刺身,或是燒物、煮物享用都是味道一流👍首先,冲繩水雲和鮟康魚干的口感清新,北海道粒背和津雪魚白子的味道鮮美😋堪八魚薄切包住的海膽豆腐,豆腐的滑溜與海膽的鮮美完美結合,讓人回味無窮。接著是北寄貝和龍蝦刺身,海膽和魚籽醬的搭配,再加上紫鬚葉的點綴,味道豐富多變。深海池魚和金目鯛的鮮嫩,鰤魚的口感,以及蟹膏豆腐的濃郁,真係難以忘懷。帆立貝和生蠔的鮮美,鯖魚和白見貝的獨特口感,以及銀鳕魚上炸蒜的創新配搭,都讓人驚艷。赤身中的馬糞海膽,以及最中餅三文魚子,吞拿魚蓉,魚籽醬,海膽的組合,都讓人食指大動。甘鯛松笠燒,炸脆魚鱗,配上紫菜,岩葉,因為炸脆了魚鱗,所以口感特別脆。中拖羅,花咲蟹,白海膽,鱈魚干,每一種食材都經過精心烹調,味道絕佳。甜品布甸蛋和舞茸菇清湯的清甜。最後一道甜品赤肉蜜瓜加海鹽味雪糕
