好朋友生日,約咗佢嚟米芝蓮一星餐廳食午餐慶祝。點咗 「清雅」套餐,包括前菜、茶碗蒸、壽司10貫、玉子燒、湯、甜品。前菜:素麵 用山芋製作而成,口感細膩滑嫩松葉蟹茶碗蒸:蟹肉好鮮甜,茶碗蒸內嘅年糕軟糯味美,提升整體嘅口感。壽司當日發板包括:左口魚、墨魚、白蝦、北寄貝、池魚、赤身、拖羅、海膽、小肌魚及海鰻。當中最愛拖羅壽司,來自青森下前,經過一星期熟成,富有豐富氨基酸,魚肉味道濃香,肉質亦相當柔軟。另下海鰻壽司亦都好喜歡,海鰻好細滑,用上海鰻骨煮成醬汁,相當鮮味,再灑上生椒粉,味道更佳!魚湯:每啖都好鮮甜, 飲完暖笠笠!玉子燒兩個做法,包括江戶前做法:加入魚肉蝦肉,無落麵粉,口感似蛋糕。另一款無加入海鮮,表面係焦糖脆面。兩款各有特色。甜品:粟子蛋糕朋友生日餐廳用上花花插牌,好靚成個好似一朵花
