To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 感觉比香港普通的冰室更洋气，更有西餐范儿，装修风格也是更新潮一点，装修蛮新的，中午过来大部分时间是需要略微排队等一下的。扫码点餐，点餐很方便，落单到出餐大约10分钟，翻台蛮快的，基本不空座位。汤粉味道浓郁，汤很好喝，不过有点点重口味。鸡扒饭的鸡扒很酥脆香，煎鸡蛋是糖心的。用料都很扎实。甜品糖水也是比较用心，蛮不错。烤玉米看到很多桌都点了，味道也确实不错，值得一试。总体上来说，值得一试的一家店，点了四个品，无一踩雷。
