油麻地呢間只係廚十三既其中一間分店,廚十三以食川菜為名,一直出好出名。我地先叫招牌菜:老壇酸菜魚🌶🐟酸菜魚好香,啲酸菜係自家醃製既,健康啲,咸酸味都好夠,另外炒過既花椒令果湯愈飲愈麻,好惹味,啲魚又吸到啲辣味,魚肉又嫩,仲可自選配料加落去食,正呀!之後我地就叫左幾個小菜:碧綠脆筍$78,十三涼粉$48,蔥油撈豬肚$98。青荀好新鮮,切到薄薄一片,好入味,吸晒啲花椒味;涼粉用辣椒辣油去撈,仲有啲花生粒,好辣好香;豬肚就爽脆無豬騷味,用蔥油去撈好香好惹味,豬肚味道完全被提升,好出色😋
