To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 10.06.2021最近先知「牛角」原來有外賣，上次試過一次，食完心卦卦，今次再用deliveroo 叫「牛角流薄燒牛胸腹丼」，套餐本身包三款飲品，有道地極品纖解茶、罐裝可口可樂、飛雪500ml礦物質水。雖然個牛肉飯要$79，加隻蛋$9，貴咗少少，但牛肉實在好鮮甜美味，份量足夠，另外飯加咗菜碎、甜醬油，好好味，而且飯量好多，一大碗，實在好飽。我加咗隻溫泉玉子，飯更加香滑。另外同事叫咗「溫泉玉子蒜香牛肉丼」，本身已經有隻溫泉蛋，大多話不錯。唯一上次隻溫泉蛋係用細細個嘅塑膠盒裝住，送到來隻蛋已經漏咗出嚟，我有同Deliveroo反映，等緊回應，好彩今次隻温泉蛋無事。其實「牛角」外賣選擇不太多，主要係牛兩款，另加豬軟骨丼、豬肉丼各一，同前菜、沙律；仲有一啲未經煮熟嘅食材。上次同事試過「海蜇柚子醋沙律」唔係唔好食，只係$61，無乜特別卻價錢偏貴。如果鍾意食牛嘅，我覺得值得試吓。

另外同事叫咗「溫泉玉子蒜香牛肉丼」，本身已經有隻溫泉蛋，大多話不錯。唯一上次隻溫泉蛋係用細細個嘅塑膠盒裝住，送到來隻蛋已經漏咗出嚟，我有同Deliveroo反映，等緊回應，好彩今次隻温泉蛋無事。
