To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然近年韓燒係香港大行其道,但我最鍾意嘅始終都係日式燒肉,今次就試左係香港都開左好耐嘅牛角如果要食牛角真心建議下載定佢個app預返時間提早拎飛,因為真係等到天荒地老~本身6點45左右排到9點先有得入座。如果唔係真係好想食燒肉都唔等啦不過9點後都有好多優惠所以都係開心嘅首先叫左個牛角味自慢燒肉7種盛$418 ,有牛肋肉、肩脊肉、雞腿肉、豚肉燒、胸膜肉、牛舌同A5和牛牛肋肉。全部都好新鮮!藝切牛舌燒到香香脆脆勁好口木最值得一提嘅係A5和牛嘅牛肋肉嘅牛脂勁香,真係入口即溶,超級好味另外再叫左個牛舌拼盤,本身唔鍾意食牛舌嘅人都真心值得一試,因為牛舌燒完係會有少少脆脆地,唔會太𣺉,口感好正架雖然同係日本試過嘅牛角放題有啲出入,但香港真係完全唔會輸,我覺得保持到品質啊我會再黎食架~

首先叫左個牛角味自慢燒肉7種盛$418 ,有牛肋肉、肩脊肉、雞腿肉、豚肉燒、胸膜肉、牛舌同A5和牛牛肋肉。全部都好新鮮!藝切牛舌燒到香香脆脆勁好口木
最值得一提嘅係A5和牛嘅牛肋肉嘅牛脂勁香,真係入口即溶,超級好味
