喺呢個市道,要成為一間紅店,其實已經好難,好多人都唔會出街食飯。仲要開得夠夜,同埋keep住有人排隊。真係唔講得笑。佢係米芝蓮必比登推介,多人排嘅原因自然唔係只係識得市場推廣咁簡單。佢嘅形式係做到好似泰國Thongsmith咁,選用泰國原產地嘅食材,加上出色嘅signature船面同埋蟹肉奄列,再額外加埋一啲街頭小食嘅併配,食物嘅質素先至係佢真正嘅成功之道。

🍖講得signature,就證明我哋有叫啦,船面湯底真真係好出色,夠曬濃,但係冇血嘅腥味,又唔會有味精嘅感覺。我哋揀嘅係豬肉同豬肉丸,一次過食到兩種豬嘅口感。豬肉唔會嚡,仲有小小滑身,肉丸就好有泰國風味。加埋下面有大量嘅芽菜,同個粉好夾。

🍖蟹肉奄列份量超豐富,懷疑佢入邊有成罐蟹肉。唔單止一絲絲,仲有一舊舊嘅。然後個外皮煎得脆脆地,唔係蕉燶嗰種脆,係雞蛋皮自己本身嗰種脆。裏邊就滑嘟嘟,但係一啲都唔水。本身繫有少少濕身嘅蟹肉喺入邊,要做到呢種效果,其實唔係咁容易。

🍖除咗兩樣之外,我哋又叫咗個燒牛肉。佢其實系燒和牛,所以同一般喺出邊食嘅有啲唔同,我口講有啲,其實都幾大唔同。和牛本身肉質就係超好味。而燒牛肉一般系注重炭香,但就會相對變得乾身, 個人覺得普通嘅燒牛肉,唔會將重點放喺肉質,怕會嘥咗舊靚肉。唔試又點會知,有比較有傷害,呢度做到又有炭香,又有juicy口感,可以話係完勝。
