之前己經有同事介紹過係公司附近的Le188餐廳, 話餐廳有一個無敵的海境, 那一晩約左朋友係酒店睇波, 咁所以捉左老公去上去食完晩飯再去睇波!! 一入到餐廳, 立即係心到嘩咗一聲, 夜境真係一絕! 連我老公都讚不絶口呀!!當晩我老公叫左一個四道菜套餐, 而我就叫左侍應推介既白露筍六道菜套餐, 上前菜之前, 侍應端上一個shooter杯, 是一杯蕃茄清湯配薄荷西瓜珠珠, 凍凍酸酸的, 將街外的悶熱感一掃而空第一道菜, 因為我個餐有鵝肝醬, 所以老公就揀咗香煎帶子配黑松露薯茸, 帶子煎得剛剛好, 而薯茸用嚟做汁但又不會太creamy, 配搭新鮮!! 而我既頭盤係白露筍他他配日本帶子荷蘭汁, 白露筍切細再加上荷蘭汁, 似歐洲人傳統白烚點汁既食法, 只不過食得更方便, 完全食到白露筍既清甜同回甘, 一讚 我第二道菜係鵝肝醬配白露筍mousse, mousse夠滑身, 白露筍既甘甜中和咗鵝肝既油膩感, 再加上好有牛油香既brioche, yummy 第三道頭盤係豬手配蒸白露筍, 如果白露筍可以爽一點更好.食完頭盤就到湯啦, 老公就有龍蝦湯, 湯入面加咗黑醋, 一點點的酸令湯既味道多咗變化, 超出

第一道菜, 因為我個餐有鵝肝醬, 所以老公就揀咗香煎帶子配黑松露薯茸, 帶子煎得剛剛好, 而薯茸用嚟做汁但又不會太creamy, 配搭新鮮!! 而我既頭盤係白露筍他他配日本帶子荷蘭汁, 白露筍切細再加上荷蘭汁, 似歐洲人傳統白烚點汁既食法, 只不過食得更方便, 完全食到白露筍既清甜同回甘, 一讚

食完頭盤就到湯啦, 老公就有龍蝦湯, 湯入面加咗黑醋, 一點點的酸令湯既味道多咗變化, 超出我地既預期, 而我既白露筍湯配小龍蝦, 賣相一流!! 當侍應將湯係你面前倒入湯碟, 視覺同嗅覺完全得到滿足, 我比較喜歡較濃的味道, 但我老公就話應該要淡小小就very good la.

主菜方面, 我揀咗澳洲和牛配脆白露筍, 牛肉質素夠滑, 但始終唔夠美國牛肉夠味, 反而老公揀咗既三文魚配椰菜花茸, 味道甜甜的, 侍應話係因為炸之前加咗小小糖, 所以就有一層焦糖係面, 我唔係咁鍾意食三文魚都分咗佢一半, 嘻嘻!!


最後就係甜品, 老公係朱古力暖旦糕, 佢話鍾意佢唔係太甜, 而我就係白露筍燉旦配青蘋果雪葩, 之前曾經係一間澳洲餐廳食過白露筍燉旦, 一試難忘, 可惜餐廳經己結業, 現在可以再呢食得到, 真係好開心, 而燉旦再加上雪葩, 又是另一種好味道.

我地叫左兩個套餐加一枝白酒, 都只係千七蚊到, 以咁既環境同食物質素, 我下次一定會再帶我媽媽來嘆多一次
