To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經有一段時間沒有來觀塘,今天恰巧在附近工作,當然要重訪一些CP值高的食店,這間是其中之一。香蔥紫菜手撕雞飯今次試了他們的人氣菜式,賣相很不錯,味道更不錯😋手撕雞嫩滑不老,大量的香蔥和紫菜令口感和味道層次豐富。椒蔥魯肉飯上次試過他們的芒果魯肉飯,今次就試另一款汁—— 椒蔥魯肉飯。魯肉飯依舊美味,肉汁混和白飯已經令我一口接一口地吃,加上紅椒絲和雪菜,加添了味道的層次。手作芋泥肉鬆蛋餅蛋餅煎得很酥脆,加上超爆的芋泥餡,非常滿足,芋泥控絕對要試花雕雞翼花雕雞翼可以選普通或炸的,一向醉雞翼都是冰鎮,所以今次就保守地點了普通的。花雕酒味非常香而有層次卻不會有苦味。後來朋友告訴我,醉炸雞翼超級好吃的!下次一定要試!蜜柑冬瓜茶這是新年特飲,用竹籠裝裝著非常可愛。冬瓜茶加入桔仔和蜜柑,甜甜的冬瓜茶加上桔的清新喝起來非常夾。
