To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 先黎一個溫馨提示：身為路痴係中上環好似症狀特別明顯，不過今次真係要提，openrice係中文名，但餐廳門口只有英文，所以認地址係最正確嘅方法，唔洗懷疑自己去錯餐廳。入面枱唔多，有少數係幾張高枱，每一張枱都有花裝飾，附近亦有d綠色植物裝飾，令人感覺好舒服。由於係中午時間過黎同友人行到好熱，侍應好快已經拎左檸檬水過黎係門口已經見到有關呢個招牌菜嘅專訪：流心龍蝦湯牛角包！切左幾下已經有湯流緊，牛角包一層層口感好鬆軟，亦好香，先沾幾下湯，就可以內外都俾香濃嘅龍蝦湯包圍住。最初都會諗同酥皮湯有咩分別，答案係更加薄更加脆，湯嘅分量適中，真係為個包而設。黑松露慢煮流心蛋意粉：份量就目測係略少，但因為好味，所以都夠滿足。慢煮蛋顔色好靚，意粉汁好香，底下真係有松露，唔係細到糊椒粉咁嘅碎。意粉係扁意粉，好有口感，亦唔會太諗。呢杯白桃芝味特飲女仔打卡岩哂，亦好適合夏天，上面係濃厚嘅芝士，所以係杰身少少，下面係桃味有汽飲品，唔會太甜，上面係玫瑰花瓣。 不過可能飲慣無汽飲品，我都係情傾果茶多d 😛友人嘅提拉米蘇芝味特飲，我試左少少，好香滑，每層嘅味道都好突出，而且本身無甜，旁邊嘅小杯俾你自己加。飲品黎講，咖啡製
