同朋友行旺角行到攰攰地,天寒地凍,見就腳試下入呢間,打個邊爐,取取暖。齊齊食梗係揀套餐抵,鍋底好多款,揀到眼花花,最後決定清酒煮蜆鍋 + 雪山飛龍 + 人蔘湯鍋。鍋底到左,色澤好、配料足,鍋底各有風味,味道香濃,而且入面真係撈到幾條人蔘。落左食物,等鍋底滾既期間,先食前菜柚子沙律同鮑撈起手撕雞。細細份幾開胃。跟住就到重頭戲海鮮拼盤,右起有蝦、帶子、魚片,下面有冰塊夠凍,中間的龍躉肉肥美,滾一陣就食得,入口滑嫩,配埋鍋底好鮮甜除左海鮮仲有手工拼盤,黑松露豚肉餃子、鮮蝦棒、太極鮮冬菇有釀餡料,非常獨特。手工安格斯牛丸辣辣地,好惹味。打邊爐當然唔少得牛肉,套餐包左安格斯牛頸脊,雪花均勻分佈,肉同膏相間,口感十分好。松板黑豚肉擺得相當別緻,小小支架撐起,淨係望住已經食欲十足。最後以一個椰汁冰做終結。最後埋單每人$300,價錢合理,可以同時食到安格斯牛、海鮮拼盤、黑豚肉,而且湯底亦非常加分。下一次經過旺角油麻地,可以再考慮。
