To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去到長沙灣工作，晚餐都想在附近買外賣，同事講附近有間富臨之前食過有特價有折就決定外賣自取，拿張單張睇有四八折，六折，七都不少選擇，同事就打去叫外賣一陣收到電話去取飯。叫了三款餸都係一百五十元真的沒想到那麼便宜仲要份量好多，去到有個外賣專區，已放好了我們的外賣付錢就走幾方便。蓮藕咸魚煎肉餅又大片而且都不少，咬落去好爽口仲有不少蓮藕咸魚碎。喜歡吃伊麵的我當然叫了一個瑤柱金菇炆伊麵，一開滿二人食一定夠飽，伊麵入味又不會太爛，伊麵不會太多油，好味道有驚喜。黑椒香薯牛柳粒，牛柳粒不少而且有牛肉味又有咬口，薯仔入味不錯，醬汁有點黑椒香都幾惹味。
