To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一次經過見到好似幾抵食，但當日非常熱，坐既都係室外開將枱，不過基於好想食麵嘅情況下，就一於試一試。叫左鍋貼（$10/3隻）同擔擔麵（$17）我係一個極愛餃子既人，要求頗高所以個人覺得好普通，皮厚底硬冇汁$17碗擔擔麵我都冇抱好大期望阿姐先調醬後加湯再加麵攪均個底就feel到偏杰身，試一啖麵係煮得岩岩好！個“湯”偏杰好重花生醬味，麻醬愛好者應該好ok，但我都係覺得爭d味... 自己行去望下有咩好落... 發現秘製辣醬（左）唔洗諗，緊係落拉！！成碗擔擔麵即刻昇華左！有驚喜成件事（個麵）變得平靚加個正！開頭唔知道呢間係米芝蓮，都係食完Openrice睇先知... 你話好差佢又唔係，係真係抵食既，但你話米芝蓮令人慕名去就未至於lo...
