To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大大話話都食咗成10年,每次去都點牛肉麵加牛肉湯底,以前真係好好食!面香彈牙,湯底濃郁好飲唔口渴!當然牛肉軟腍大嚿!但係由今年年頭開始去過兩次,無論係麵質同湯底都有好大變化!首先係麵變得軟腍唔彈牙!湯底味道變淡,淡咗一半有多!好似煮唔夠湯加水用咁!之前都同負責人講過,佢哋話乜都冇變喎!咁講真!啲炸豬扒,同埋炸雞扒到而家仲keep到水準嘅!好啦!點知近排第三次去,食味都係咁差!好失望!應該唔會再幫襯!去食碗牛腩河冇咁嬲!
