To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在屯門市中心已經吃悶了,找一些新嘗試就坐車到嶺南大學嶺南樓飲茶。 炸春卷上碟很熱,但皮是不脆的,難食。 蝦餃蝦肉份量很多的,皮是很厚的,算可以接受。 牛栢葉牛栢葉很爽,清淡既程度是沒有味道。 桂花糕糕身挺身,桂花味偏淡,味道不太甜,比較算好的一個點心。 紅豆糕糕身挺身,紅豆味頗重,不夠滑,椰汁味不重,甜度略清。環境方面寬闊,空間感十足,台與台之間有足夠距離,人亦不多。服務方面人手不足,沖茶加水慢。價錢雖然便宜,但對食物有要求的人,還是去其他的茶樓就好。總結評分味道:4/10 價錢:7/10 (約50一個人)環境:6/10服務:5/10
