今日夜晚去咗油麻地幸福四季食椰子雞火鍋,椰子雞火鍋喺大陸就比較多,香港真係好少有,所以今次係特登黎試。叫咗馬蹄椰子雞鍋(半份雞),佢哋依度啲雞係指定文昌雌雞,特別在D雞生長150日至168日,而且未生過蛋嘅。而鍋底係使用百分百純正椰青水,無添加任何調味料同埋水。開始個湯底之前我哋聽店長指示試咗幾啖個椰青水,真係好甘甜,之後就放雞落去,用漏斗計時五分鐘後,我哋先飲湯後食雞,個湯底今次有埋雞嘅鮮味更加可口,雞就十分之嫰滑,之後我哋再加埋配料嚟食又係另一種滋味。 前菜有手拍青瓜同埋川味小雲耳,兩樣都酸酸甜甜而且比較辣,特別開胃,而手工響玲就係自家製即叫即炸,放落湯底度幾秒鐘攞嚟食真係好正。 雜菜拼盤就有唔同嘅蔬菜同埋粟米喺入面,超新鮮。 最後上埋臘味煲仔飯,有臘肉、臘腸、同埋潤腸,呢個我覺得係必食之選,因為個飯焦 金黃色好香,而且入面有四碗飯,份量十足。
