女友升職加人工於是就請 L 吃日本料理晚飯。先來一道北海道鱈場蟹肉刺身,大大隻的鮮帆立貝上滿濃濃的三文魚子。一口咬下去那種鮮甜溶於口中實在太正! 至於鱈場蟹沾上蟹醋後令肉質更鮮甜。至於冰鎮香草松葉蟹,蟹腳肉很多而且很鮮甜。肉質亦結實而嫩滑。沾上蟹醋更將鮮味大大提升。吃蟹的專業餐具亦有提供,非常方便。蟹肉更可以完整的拿出,口感滿足。海膽蟹膏甲羅燒很香口,鮮甜的蟹膏加上蟹 籽,一啖又一啖放於口中很棒。海蟹箱押壽司亦都將平常壽司概念打破,咬一啖的時候有不同的層次。海蟹天婦羅以紫菜包著飯及蟹肉,不油膩而且口感豐富。海蟹茶碗蒸蛋不算太滑但鮮味充足。最後甜品分別有綠茶蕨餅及綠茶奶凍。綠茶味濃厚、甜度亦適中。整體裝潢柔和坐得,舒服。更有包廂房,方便商務晚饍。
