To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友食晚飯，喺徳福廣場揀餐廳，雖然餐廳係以豚丼出名，但我哋就俾佢嘅天婦羅同刺身丼吸引咗入嚟 😆每日限定嘅北海道帆立貝大赤蝦丼 $118 😋🦐 赤蝦相當肥美同新鮮，有三粒開半嘅帆立貝，同埋少量三文魚子 🟠，睇落份量唔多，但食完都好滿足好夠飽 🤰加咗$33套餐，包咗豚肉麵豉湯🍲，茶碗蒸 🍵，醬菜同埋甜品 🍨。豚肉麵豉湯好足料，成碗都係蘿蔔，但豚肉就細細塊同比較少；茶碗蒸只係得半碗，兩三啖就食晒啦，冇乜配料只係得兩片菇 🍄；甜品係黑糖水信玄餅，質感似啫喱但無味，只係靠黑糖糖漿帶出甜味 😅飯團熊認為刺身丼材料新鮮值得一試 👍，雖然配套餐唔貴，但質素麻麻🤌，所以建議如果覺得淨係食刺身丼會唔夠飽嘅話，先至加好套餐 😊 埋單$151再加一，提提大家，餐廳唔接受現金付款，記得要用電子消費啊！😉
