因為疫情而無法去旅行，好掛住日本之際⋯ 一幻竟然開到嚟屯門喇⋯！暫時留港品嚐正宗日本拉麵算係一解鄉愁吧～北海道嘅一幻拉麵，相信對經常遊日嘅香港人嚟講應該都唔陌生，因為日本本土幾間分店經常都大排長龍！原來除咗本身蝦湯拉麵之外，屯門呢間仲會有店舖限定嘅番茄蝦湯底，另外又有冬天推出嘅限定咖哩蝦湯拉麵⋯我喺店舖限定同冬天限定兩種口味糾結咗好耐因為兩款口味都好想試呀！最後決定咗要冬天限定嘅札幌咖哩蝦湯拉麵⋯！咖哩蝦湯拉麵上枱嘅時候，已經聞到濃濃嘅咖哩香氣～於是立刻品嚐一下湯頭如何，嘩，咖哩香氣喺口中化開，取而代之係極濃郁嘅蝦香，蝦香撲鼻！難怪會被稱為超夢幻拉麵，因為真係好驚喜！每碗拉麵都可以選擇配上一啲紅薑天婦羅，呢個紅薑天婦羅係必食，脆卜卜好香，希望呢個配料可以商品化就好喇！仲有啲叉燒係切成一粒粒，半肥瘦咁，有少少似背脂咁，大愛！！店員仲推薦咗呢個香辣甜蝦椰菜沙律，啲甜蝦脆脆地又少少辣，好味！原本好想試埋個蝦味飯團，但係今次食得太飽，佢地啲拉麵好大碗，下次叫少麵先～

於是立刻品嚐一下湯頭如何，嘩，咖哩香氣喺口中化開，取而代之係極濃郁嘅蝦香，蝦香撲鼻！
難怪會被稱為超夢幻拉麵，因為真係好驚喜！
