呢間位於灣仔嘅意大利餐廳,環境真係好靚,好有格調。採用好多大玻璃,有充足嘅自然光,非常舒服。我地揀左Business Set Lunch,半自助式,前菜任食再加一個main course。先來兩款餐包,再加一個蔬菜湯。Buffet部份食物都幾豐富,有凍蟹鉗、翡翠螺、煙燻三文魚、蛋餅、沙律、芝士、哈密瓜火腿等⋯餐廳好貼心會先等你享受完自助餐部份,先會再上main course,等食客可以享受到最熱辣辣最新鮮嘅美食。✨炭燒意大利肉眼扒配牛肝菌蘑菇汁要咗五成熟,切開裡仍然好粉嫩。外層烤紋好靚,牛味香濃之餘,仲有陣陣焦香。牛肝菌蘑菇汁亦好香。配菜有蕃茄仔同火箭菜。✨手切野生吞拿魚碎酸豆扁意粉有驚喜嘅一道菜。第一次咁樣食吞拿魚,口感好嫩滑。扁意粉熱辣辣,而且索哂以蕃茄醬、肉碎、香草等煮成嘅醬汁,好好味。
