當天為公眾假期,相約朋友在油塘大本型的茶記研究所吃午餐。當天,餐廳的入座率約為八成,頗為爆滿。筆者先用手機掃描二維碼下單,十分鐘後,食物便陸續上桌了。朋友則覺得這間茶餐廳的價錢稍為高了少許。香濃羅宋湯通粉 (含有牛肉)- $49配碎蛋沙律 / 炒蛋 / 煎蛋 + 酥脆牛角包 Macaroni in Borscht Soup with Egg Salad / Scrambled Egg/ Sunny-Side Up Egg + Toast羅宋湯濃淡適中,加入了各種各樣的雜菜粒,包括有西芹粒、紅蘿蔔粒等。羅宋湯還能嚐到新鮮蕃茄、月桂葉、胡椒等的味道。牛肉採用較為瘦的部位,肉味濃厚,感覺不會太過肥膩。剛上桌的通心粉軟硬適中,帶有微微的韌式。碎蛋沙律真材實料,蛋味濃郁。蛋黃的比例相對多,但感覺又不會過分heavy油膩。嘉頓牛角包有預先烘熱,牛油味香濃。。配港式凍奶茶 少甜 (+$3)奶茶的茶味突出,而奶和茶的比例也十分平衡,整體質感頗為滑溜。。勁蔥鹹牛肉炒蛋三文治 - $34(烘底+ $2)Green Onion with Corned Beef and Scrambled Egg Sandw
