今日阿姨請食晚飯,阿姨話佢屋企樓下新開左一間餐廳燒鵝幾好味,所以就去左大壹燒鵝食晚飯。

我哋叫咗兩份燒味瀨粉,分別係乳豬瀨粉同燒鵝瀨粉,再加多兩個小菜。

- 乳豬外脆內軟,不過有少少肥

- 燒鵝冇得輸!食落口有一種煙熏嘅味道,燒鵝皮好薄,食落好香口,唔會好油膩。所以一定要食。


椒鹽鮮魷 - 份量十足,睇得出係即叫即炸,粉漿唔會太厚,入面魷魚炸過都依然好彈牙,唔會𡁻極都𡁻唔到。


拔絲咕嚕肉 - 咕嚕肉個皮好脆,應該係用梅頭肉食落淋身,舊舊肉,完全無骨。 佢個掛汁唔會過多,酸甜味剛剛好,而且少見用蕎頭解膩,又可令整體味道帶酸。
