七八月的生日之星特別多,這次跟壽星到這裡慶生,為的便是這個$588 / 位的和牛龍蝦晚餐Wagyu & Lobster Dinner Set。這個期間限定美饌「情迷意大利」由意大利餐廳 Assaggio Trattoria Italiana 及Mira Moon酒店內主打西班牙菜的Supergiant於7 月 1 日至 8 月 31 日聯手呈獻。 此兩國菜均是我的心頭好,一次過可享雙重口福,實在是大滿足!大夥兒先來點白酒助一助興,入口微甜帶酸,作為餐前酒,恰如其分。遇上糖衣陷阱,一吃便停不了口。前菜:Lobster and Crab Rillette~混了忌廉的龍蝦蟹肉Rillette鮮滑帶奶香,配鬆軟的Brioche真真好味!Caprese Salad~這個沙律及下一味北海道帶子均是散點菜式。從來都十分鐘愛Caprese,但卻不常吃;無他的,越是簡單的菜餚;越是講究質素,這兒的絕對吃得滿意,甜美清新的番茄、味道獨特帶回甘的火箭菜、軟熟充滿迷人乳香的水牛芝士,伴以青橄欖;黑醋及橄欖油珠;滿口都是純綷的美味!Hokkaido Scallop~來自北海道,質素果然有保證。鮮嫩肥厚

Bellota fed Iberico Pork~
晩餐的主菜原本是Grilled Australian M6 Wagyu Beef,不吃牛的人士可改選黑毛豬;伊比利豬分三個等級,而最高級的Bellota則只吃橡樹果實,作出奉獻前必須增肥到原本體重的50%以上;如同大理石紋般的肉身佈著誘人的油花,肉味甘香;口感細膩!

與Caprese有異曲同工之妙的Margherita,同樣是簡單但不易做得好,這個自家製的薄餅脆薄富麥香;櫻桃茄的酸香、黑橄欖的鹹香、水牛芝士的奶香及羅勒的芳香,叫人一吃傾心!

方方正正的大塊頭棉花糖燒至外焦內軟,而清爽帶微酸的Raspberry Sorbet 及什莓(紅莓、黑莓、藍莓、士多啤梨)則正好平衡了棉花糖的甜腻。
