To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前都幾鍾意牛角，連鎖式嘅燒肉餐廳算係便宜。可惜今日一去，大失所望，不吐不快。原來而家排隊攞飛等位入座嘅制度唔單止有分人數ABC三組，仲多咗一個所謂嘅S飛。S飛係牛角集團嘅金會員攞嘅飛，用意係優先攞飛，換言之係無論你A飛B飛C飛幾早嚟到等都好，只要一有S飛，S飛就會打你尖入座。當日現場大概有40個人等緊位，觀察到無論餐廳入邊有幾多人食完出嚟都好， ABC飛係絕少會嗌飛，全部喺S飛一嚟到就比佢哋入座。上返牛角集團嘅官網發現，攞S飛嘅金會員係憑着喺牛角集團餐廳消費超過大概$12,000得到會籍。集團利用會籍換取顧客嘅loyalty 我並唔反對，但係現場員工對ABC飛客人嘅態度甚為惡劣，亦觀察到餐廳內有幾張空枱已經清潔完畢亦都唔俾ABC客人入座，似乎係刻意留返俾S飛。結論係，牛角午餐套餐固然係平，但係你有冇時間去等兩個鐘或以上，用自己時間去換取金錢？講真，附近其他又平又好食嘅餐廳大把。經過今日經驗，我個人以後都唔會再食牛角，無必要用錢買辛苦。
