To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年一度的佛誕,最好便是食齋了。在網上看過各間齋菜館後,最終選定這間離家並不太遠 ,口碑不錯,自己又未去過的「常悅素食」做這天午餐的自的地。因為怕佛誕多有心人應節去食齋,所以先行致電訂座,但那邊說因為我只得兩人,所以未能訂座,幸好,去到幾近座無虛席的素食店時,仍能找到一席之地,都算幸運。吃了數款齋點心,當中以只在佛誕期間才有供應的「欒樨餅」($30)最為特別,自己從未吃過。這顏色不大吸引,黑墨墨,閃閃亮的期間限定點心,軟糯黏口,味道微甜,當中夾雜著若有若無的欒樨苦味,中間夾著的豆蓉餡,把甜度稍稍增加,既特別,又應節。其他點心還叫了「XO醬炒蘿蔔糕」(中點$20)、「甜酸炸雲吞」(中點$20)和「燕麥麻蓉包」(大點$24)。蘿蔔糕微辣刺激,香口夠味;炸雲吞雖然餡料不多,但熱燙香脆;麻蓉包甜度適中,下了燕麥,也像較為健康。三款點心都有不錯的水準。還叫了店中每天輪流供應,每日一款的滋潤老火湯,這天推出的是「雪耳花菇煲木瓜」($22/位)。喝得出完全沒下味精的老火湯,湯味自然帶有少許清甜味,雪耳雖不多,花菇頗為厚身,喝來感覺健康、滋潤。其實不用等到佛誕,如果每逢初一十五,又或是每星期找一天吃餐

其實不用等到佛誕,如果每逢初一十五,又或是每星期找一天吃餐素食,不要大魚大肉,相信對身體健康會好些呢!
