上個禮拜小肥由中環行路返屋企時,路經士丹利街「新同樂魚翅酒家」個門口,發現餐廳正在推廣緊兩款「美饌套餐」 ,每位價錢分別為$368及$468。見後者有蟹、有蛇、仲有鮑魚食都幾抵,所以就約埋幾位長輩,搞咗個迷你大食會聚餐。屬星級中菜廳o既「新同樂」室內裝潢及餐桌o既舖排都好有格調,潮中不失大方,潔淨企理。每個座位餐具齊備。葉形o既筷子座的骰雅致,但綑有啡邊o既筷子就好似殘舊咗少少 。XO仔訂座時已預先訂埋七份$468套餐,七點半鐘人一到齊食物亦隨即送上。 大閘蟹粉配脆多士:第一道餸上枱時只屬和暖,蟹粉因為唔夠熱所以帶有腥味 ,加上多士偏硬,貴為星級食肆,似乎唔係好夠火喉喎! 花膠竹笙三蛇羮:蛇羮每煲仔都預先喺餐桌旁以大火加熱後先上枱 。每位食客都各自有一碟三款o既配料,相中由上之下為菊花、卜卜脆、及檸檬葉。蛇羮係就係好夠熱辣辣,可惜羮底勁稀,味道欠奉,唔多足料 。 花雕蛋白海蝦球:蒸蛋白尚算滑口,花雕味都好香濃,不過面頭隻海蝦球就淡而無味,又嚡又老 ,極為失色! 高山鮮羊腩伴蝦籽柚皮:羊腩煲同蛇羮一樣,都係由服務生喺客人面前加熱過後先呈上餐桌供食用,熱力十足。羊腩軟
