今次係平日夜晚去食燒肉,所以相對少人。座位之間間隔都寬敞,環境算係乾淨,燒肉店嚟講入嚟第一印象非常唔錯。🥩Course C $368我哋係食Course C,頭盤有兩款黑毛和牛同埋澳洲M9薄炙盛合,侍應會幫你燒埋,仲好主動咁同我哋講解燒肉要注意啲乜。除咗頭盤係佢哋會主動上同幫埋你燒之外,其他都可以用手機QR code落單,會有其他精選海鮮、牛、豬、雞,仲有唔同小食同配料。出面亦有自助區,可以拎沙律、白飯、嘢飲,雪條等等。仲有部棉花糖機可以整棉花糖食,燒肉店嚟講算係好多樣化。講返食物方面,頭盤絕對係高質。🥩黑毛和牛油脂分布均勻,肉味夠濃,侍應有經驗知點燒先最入味,加埋燒肉汁一齊食味道提升一個層次。其他精選牛有牛肋肉、牛外橫隔膜、牛舌、里脊肉,都係非常適合燒肉嘅部位,覺得太油可以加埋生菜泡菜洋蔥一齊食,呢度雖然係日式,但係都會提供唔同配菜。除咗牛仲有豬雞,特別推介頸肉。豬頸肉相對多油但係就係要食油香。而雞頸肉冇咁多油脂,但係肉質嫩消,最好加鹽同黑椒調味。我哋仲叫咗海帶湯,泡菜盛合,紫菜溫泉蛋飯,吉列炸蠔等等。值得一提吉列炸蠔,外脆內軟,如果唔係主力食牛都會食多啲。食到差唔多飽,最後食條雪條

食到差唔多飽,最後食條雪條。今次試荔枝海鹽味,甜同鹹兩種味配合得好好,日本雪條永遠唔會令人失望。
