今日同友人慶生,話想食小菜飲啤酒。我就選左佐敦呢間麻市滋味館喇。舖面光亮,貼滿店嘅招牌菜色。7點半左右,已經唔少食客開餐中。四人同行,被安排了坐卡位。魚子醬焗桶蠔$188 有6隻。呢隻蠔霸大過個碗! 魚子醬滿滿甘舖上面,職員話連生菜一齊食。蠔肉咬開鮮甜肥美,勁厚肉。魚子醬好似混左蟹子,感覺有兩種唔同嘅感覺。蜜桃拔絲骨 $88用蜜桃替代菠蘿口味嘅生炒骨。味道會比一般菠蘿口味來得順口,無甘酸。椒鹽豆腐 $42 正常質素、外皮脆豆腐滑,屬前菜細細碟。金牌金字塔 $108梅菜扣肉嘅變奏版,整到好靚。職員會幫手切開,食落扣肉煮到非常稔,皮嘅脂肪黏口有膠質,重點唔會太鹹。豉汁涼瓜蒸大鱔 $168 白鱔火喉蒸得剛好,厚度適中。鱔肉咬落爽口彈牙。總括而言,食物質素可以,有少少偏貴。因為茶芥每位要收$10,小食收$10
