Restaurant: The Jungle

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳入到去完全係叢林既感覺🌴餐廳佈置好有心思，音樂加燈光令你覺得自己真係好似去咗jungle🤪👍🏻坐位都舒服，服務亦好好，有機會都會再回頭👣👅Pani Puri香料醬酥炸球 呢個酥炸球係尼泊爾既街頭小食，中間有個壺裝住啲酸酸地既汁，波波入面係有香料既薯蓉，辣椒同埋豆蓉，食之前倒少少汁入去，又濕又脆口，口感好特別😍記得臨食先倒湯入去，咁就唔會浸淋左個外殼💯👅Momo尼泊爾餃子(豬肉) 上枱係一籠八粒肥嘟嘟脹卜卜熱辣辣餃子🥟餃子好大粒，好似小籠包，入面無汁但亦唔會覺得乾，餃子皮好薄，入面豬肉淡淡地味，配埋佢個凍辣椒醬就好惹味，個醬啲色本來以為好濃，點知啱啱好，唔食得辣既朋友都可以試下，幾特別🤤👅炸魚薯條配他他醬 呢個炸魚薯條正常發揮，沙律菜都新鮮👍🏻炸魚啱啱炸好，係熱到辣口嗰種🥵👍🏻不過最欣賞反而係啲薯條，幼身而且每條都脆😍
