To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日在佐敦吃了香港地道的車仔麵,車仔麵的特色,就是可以自選餸菜、麵類和辣味程度,亦有不同的街頭小吃可以在這裏吃到。辣串Combo x 燒賣:豬腸,牛柏葉、魚蛋和燒賣,配上永年自家咖喱醬汁,這醬汁帶有獨特的辛香味,香辣適中,沾在Q彈有嚼勁的魚蛋、豬腸、牛柏葉和燒賣度十分惹味,停唔到口。菜單上有已搭配好的麵餸項目,適合有選擇困難症的我不用想太多。今次就嗌了「三豬麵」和「小寶麵」三豬麵:是豬皮、豬紅和豬腸,粗麵另加魚皮餃,港式樽仔奶茶。小寶麵:豬腸,豬紅和魚蛋,米粉,另加了豆卜,走辣,抹茶維他奶紅豆冰車仔麵有濃郁的湯底,豬皮夠彈牙,豬紅夠滑溜,豬腸彈牙有質感。自己特別喜歡吃粗麵,因為喜歡它的質感。港式樽仔奶茶香濃順滑,帶有濃郁的茶香和奶香,與車仔麵的鹹香形成完美的搭配,既解膩又提味。抹茶維他奶紅豆冰飲到淡淡獨有的維他奶味道,和抹茶和紅豆十分搭配。這裡還有一個「車仔麵檔模型」給食客打卡,彷彿就返回舊香港一齊在吃車仔麵的感覺。
