餐廳另設小童價,收費由$188 起,基本上,我建議大家吃Course C以上的套餐,餐廳獨家供應的小田和牛由日本鹿兒島直送,獲獎無數,口感柔滑濃郁。Course D以上先有的牛肉壽司亦值得大家一試。

大家揀食邊個set都好,都要加錢吃招牌 [小田牛 - chateaubriand夏多布里昂部位],係牛柳嘅中心部位,肉味濃且軟熟。服務員會細心幫你處理,首先將牛油放喺燒肉汁內融化掉,然後將牛柳放喺網上慢慢燒熟,期間兩次將牛肉浸入肉汁慢慢燒香,最後將蒜片放喺牛柳上。一啖放入口,滋味無窮。單點價要$398/份(約四件),最貴的Course F雖然索價$888,但就可以任食呢款牛肉。

不可不提的,還有餐廳特製的 [燒肉新幹線],廚師們將新鮮切割好的燒肉放喺輸送帶,撳個掣就將擺得超靚嘅燒肉拼盤送到你面前,為是次晚餐增添不少樂趣。提提大家,餐廳內唔係所有位置都可以接觸到輸送帶,如果大家想玩埋 [燒肉新幹線],記住訂位時request埋。
